Working from our Bowling Green, Kentucky office, we ensure each item is properly identified, it’s condition assessed, and it’s value estimated – based on average market sales from auctions, retail, and wholesale sources.

Downsizing

With over 40 years of combined experience in estate services, we have assembled a number of partners in Bowling Green and the surrounding area to assist with all of your asset needs. We start with an assessment and break down the estate or collection into groupings of assets and identify where they will perform best, and yield the highest return. Whether that be an auction house, an estate \ tag sale, or a national broker. We perform this based on your needs and timing, as we have found that everyone has different needs and motivations.

Often times, provenance or certification of an item is needed to optimize it’s value, or to provide confidence during an acquisition. Our partnerships across the US allow us to know who to contact and what kind of certification matters, ensuring our clients get the best value and that our reputation remains spotless.
